A Glimmer of Hope for Displaced Voices Cate Blanchett has unveiled the second cycle of recipients for the Displacement Film Fund (DFF) at Cannes, bringing attention to the critical issue of giving voice to those displaced by conflict, persecution, or economic hardship.

The DFF's mission is ambitious: to champion and fund the work of displaced filmmakers. The selected filmmakers represent countries from Palestine to Vietnam, bringing stories that have been silenced or ignored.
